Step Three: Sprinkle Baking soda onto the tattoo.
Step Four: Paste wet paper towel over the powdered tattoo and spray more vinegar lemon juice onto the paper towel, then let it soak 10 minutes.
Step Five: Take the paper towel off and rub the baking soda evenly onto the tattoo.
Step Six: Cover the tattoo with baby oil .
