We are looking for a business partner to help with running our online Real Estate business in the US. We need to leverage our time so we cannot run this business and other businesses at the same time. Therefore, we are looking for a partner to share the profits. Currently, the bussiness has decreased in size by 80% due to lack of time in managing business properly. There is lots of room to bring business back up again to grow even further with the right partner in place. Work can be done from any computer with internet access. There is already an old proven system in place that other successful Real Estate Investors are using. We need someone that is proficient in speaking and writing the English Language. Also, must have calling capabilities such as Skype, landline, cell, etc or other sources to call clients when and if needed. Must have self motivation drive, the willing to work and be willing to learn and grow the business.
These are some of the things that the business partner will be doing:
? Run and manage existing website (Go Daddy website)
? Post information of real estate properties to website
? Run ads to find clients
? Manage and oversee system that is already in place
? Manage and oversee accounts that are already in place
? Connect with clients as or if needed
