For more information on SCA, visit www.scasurgery.com. Position Description: Premier Surgical Center of Michigan has a fulltime salary position for a nurse manager/clinical lead. The qualified candidate will be responsible for all aspects of nursing care delivery in the facility. This is a management position that will be also responsible for Quality Improvement and Risk Management for the facility. Assumes some responsibility of the administrator in her absence. Su Accountabilities / Responsibilities: Ability to set priorities and provide clear direction that promotes efficiency. Ability to communicate well with patients, families, teammates, physicians, and other healthcare workers Assesses, plans, and evaluates and ensures the implementation of patient care Ensures provision of patient care in an organized and timely manner Participates in daily care of patients and gives direction to staff Responsible for teaching, orientation, Quality improvement, accreditation, infection control, facility safety and education of staff. Upholds SCA compliance program Completes appropriate financial management responsibilities, completes case costing, equipment quotes, and demonstrates sound cost containment techniques Follows the SCA values and supports leadership Fo Completed an accredited school of nursing with a Michigan state license Registered Nurse with previous operating room experience.
