Academic Family Medicine Needs in Saginaw, MI! Program is looking for Residency Director and Assistant Director. Program has 18 family medicine residents- 6 per year. Residency Director position would be 50 to 70% administrative with the rest being clinical. Assistant Director position would be around 90% clinical with the remainder administrative. Physicians will need to provide both inpatient and outpatient services. A physician open to providing OB services would be a plus but not a must. $200K to $220K compensation (flexible based upon training and experience) for Residency Director + comprehensive benefit package and RVU incentive. $170K to $185K compensation (flexible based upon training and experience) for Assistant Director + comprehensive benefit package and RVU incentive. Much of clinical work involves mentoring residents. All RVU's generated by residents is added on to supervising physicians RVU total. Good earning potential!
