Compassionate Home Health Care: We are looking for a dynamic Director of Clinical Services who can lead a team into the future of Home Care. This position is responsible for overseeing nursing and therapy services and meeting the needs of our patients, families, and employees in a manner consistent with the guidelines and policies of the company. This role maintains leadership, a high quality of care, adherence to regulatory requirements, clinical nursing program development, and fiscal performance. $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!! Participates in strategic planning activities for the agency. Reviews all agency policies, effectively communicating any changes to the staff. Maintains liaison relationship with attending physicians and referral sources. Provides direction and supervision; evaluates performance and resources of division's office staff. Assures clinical records are maintained in compliance with state and federal laws including Medicare. Identifies systems to recognize client needs, responds to client needs, and measures the outcomes of interventions. Requirements: You possess a current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Michigan and possess a BSN or equivalent, Master's Degree preferred. You have a minimum of two (2) years management experience in a Home Health Care organization. You possess knowledge of business management, Medicare and JCAHO regulations, and CHAP.
