We offer an exciting opportunity for an innovative, self-motivated Accounts Payable Auditor who is looking for a well-rounded, hands-on experience within a stable and unique industry. In this role, you will compile data from vendor invoices and supporting documents to verify accuracy of billing data and to ensure receipt of items ordered by performing the following duties: Responsibilities: * Compare invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents to verify receipt of items ordered. * Reads computer files to determine prices and discounts, following invoices and credit memorandums. * Contact vendors or buyers regarding errors in partial or duplicate shipments, prices, and substitutions. * Post invoices into computer system. * Research and analyze vendor statements. * Prepare/review monthly journal entries. * Handle special projects as they occur. * Maintain a neat and orderly work station. - Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, or Finance * Must be proactive and take initiative. * Must have clear, concise communication skills, both verbally and written. * Must have high attention to detail and accuracy.
