Owner of practice desires to reduce his schedule and transfer operational responsibilities. Partnership opportunity exists within short time frame. Responsibilities:Prepare and or review tax returns for corporate, partnership, trust and individual tax returns.Preparation and or review of compilations and reviews (no audits).Provide business consultation for clients.Handle peer review process.Manage five to six professional and administrative staff. ?Qualifications:CPATen years of previous public accounting experience preferably with small firm.Experience with Creative Solutions and Ultra Tax software.
