We have a new office in West Bloomfield, MI. We are the only Evolve branch approved to originate both HECM / Reverse and a Traditional/Forward (VA,FHA,Conventional,etc..) mortgages. Mortgage Loan Officer Duties / Qualifications: As a Loan officer you will report directly to the sales manager and must commit to customer service and relationship development from both Inbound and Outbound sales/marketing for FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, USDA and HECM products. You have the ability to work in the areas you excel while we work together on coaching areas that need improvement. Loan officers must:Have the necessary level of product knowledge to effectively promote the Bank's products and services by delivering valueEducate customers on the benefits of the Bank's products and services, and effectively advocate them to position the Loan Officer as the clients trusted adviserEducate themselves daily along with management regarding industry and tech data/trendsEducate customers by understanding their needs,goals,pains,etc... before educating on product typeDetailed conceptualization of the mortgage industry, from originating, processing, underwriting, closing, and funding loansIn depth knowledge Microsoft OfficeMust maintain a positive attitude and professional environment for customers and team members,Must have great relationship building and interpersonal skills, self:motivated, and be goal oriented
