Your Responsibilities Seeking a motivated Sr Financial Analyst for a highly visible position within a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for: Consolidating and reporting for North American operations of Electrical Drives Division. Analyze, interpret financial data, support and act as primary financial analyst for Actuators systems business unit in North America. Investigate variances and investigate their impact on planned objectives and presenting to business leadership. Furnish timely communication to the regional business unit leader and controller on business issues, providing supporting documentation and recommending alternative courses of action. Focus on continuous business process improvements, challenge current processes/procedures to determine if improvements are a potential and consequently implement process improvements. The ideal candidate is a critical business thinker with experience in the manufacturing industry, highly analytical, process improvement oriented, and demonstrates the drive, people skills and business partnering ability to deliver results within a global, diverse and growing business. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience. Preferred: Bachelors Degree in business, economics, accounting and/or finance. 5+ years experience in finance/accounting within Automotive/Manufacturing Industries. Functionally proficient in SAP, Hyperion Financial Management, Essbase, and Microsoft Office applications. FP&A experience preferred.
