Mountainview Properties, Inc., an established management company for over 30 years, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Centerra Pointe, a brand new 192:unit Class "A" multifamily property completed in xxxx. This is an opportunity for the applicant to set the standard for quality in a brand new development. Applicant must be able to perform all aspects of apartment maintenance including plumbing, electrical, locks, doors, screens, appliances, HVAC, make ready and community grounds maintenance. Applicant will be responsible for controlling maintenance inventory and work with the Property Manager to order inventory and supplies to stay within budget guidelines. Must be available for night and weekend call duty. Insured Vehicle and valid driver's license is required.
