Job Description
This leasing agent position will be part time. The days worked will vary depending on need and will include some weekends. Applicants should have good communication skills, be good with the public, have a working knowledge of computers and be able to multi-task. Must be friendly. Some sales experience preferred. We will train.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, welcoming walk-in prospective tenants, responding to emails from online advertising leads, answering the phone, showing of the model, taking applications and deposits, processing rental payments and keeping the model apartment tidy.
