Hello! I am subletting a 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. You would be living with my apartment-mate who is a female early 20s engineering grad student. I prefer someone with the same background (ie: female, early 20s, going to school). It is available from Jan xxxx-June xxxx although it can be available as early as now if really wanted. The actual rent is higher than what I am asking, but it is definitely negotiable. Parking is free and laundry is on . A great location, the AATA bus takes you right to campus.
