This is a very nice 2 bedroom apartment, conveniently located, available starting April 1, xxxx. Starting date is somewhat flexible. You would share the apartment with my current roommate. She is a very nice person - tidy, quiet, friendly, and considerate - who works at U of M. She is home only on evenings Mon-Thurs, and typically spends all weekends in another city with her boyfriend (so you would mostly have the place to yourself). The current lease goes through July 31. If you like the apartment, you would have the option to sign on for another year. Living room, dining area, and kitchen are furnished; bedroom is unfurnished (although there's room to add your belongings to kitchen and living room as well, if desired).
