We just got a 4 bedroom house right by WCC. Currently, the rooming situation is as follows, me (a female student) and two of my guy roommates (also students). We are looking for a fourth person to rent out the other bedroom. It is a two story house with tons of space. We are studious during the weekdays but have fun and party on the weekends. The community has two huge pools, a nicely equipped gym, and basketball and tennis courts. Another option we are open to is having two people share the Master Bedroom. It has its own bathroom, shower, and walk-in closet with plenty of space. the room is huge. We are open to either a male or a female, but we want someone that is pretty clean and respectful.
