Job Description: Hannigan Insurance is looking for a smart, dynamic leader/coach for their "inside insurance sales" team. Hannigan Insurance sales reps make outbound calls and receive inbound calls. Duties include but not limited to: 1) Screening/ Interviewing & Onboarding new sales reps.(Goal is 25 over next 90 days) 2) Training new sales reps. 3) Managing the sales reps KPI's to make sure weekly, monthly sales goals are being met. 4) Working with sales reps to improve their performance/sales skills.
