Oldcastle is looking for a customer focused individual with strong customer focus and technical skills to join our team as a Field Service Technician. The Fiels Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and supporting users and technology at various Oldcastle sites including offices and plant facilities. This position will provide onsite technical support in collaboration with our Service Desk and other IT teams. This position will also require project work and travel as necessary. This position will be reporting to the Field Service Manager. Required Skills: 1-3 years of professional experience as a Field/Desktop Support Technician Ability to provide hands on and remote troubleshooting, repair, maintennace, and upgrade of IT hardware to include: orinters, faxes, phones, cameras, etc. Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot issues surrounding Windows 7, MS Office xxxx-O365, mobile devices, VPN, and Networking/LAN/WAN connections.
