Position Title: HR Specialist Skills/Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, schedule and conduct Team Member sensing meetings (scope is an average of 95 meetings/month). Prepare monthly and quarterly sensing reports. Monitor team member morale and raise issues and trends to Human Resources Business Partners. Conduct Investigations as needed. Other duties as assigned. List Requirements and Qualifications: Proven project management skills to multitask and meet targets. Self-driven and demonstrated ability to work independently. Ability to relate to all levels of team members Proven ability to summarize data concisely Highly developed and proficient oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills.
