Customer : Application : Project : Resident ENGINEER
Your role is to identify and clearly understand customer requirements : communicate this between internal engineering teams : assist the customer in properly applying our products in order to make them most successful.
You are THE key technical point of contact with customer engineering. YOU work to define customer QFD and work alongside international teams to determine the best engineering solutions.
Requirements:
:Communicate with design engineering teams in Italy and China to determine best solutions.
:Follow up with customers engineering teams daily for latest feedback on product usage, test methodologies, acceptable tolerancing, temperature simulation, and more.
:Often youll work as the local project manager to ensure customer key deliverables are timing are communicated clearly to the global team.
:CFM (Cooling Fan Module) development; technical management according ECC procedure
Communicate, communicate, communicate.
Youll work across MANY teams on a global level. This takes persistence, motivation, technical expertise, and a sharp communication skillset.
Must haves:
Bachelors degree in Engineering
5 years automotive manufacturing experience
CAD design
Plastic/injection mold experience (preferred)
CFM (cooling fan/powertrain module) experience (preferred)
